I have been a loyal Shelter customer for over 30 years. I recently found that my homeowners deductible was being changed to a mandatory 2% with only a roof claim last year. I was referred to Dayna Upshaw at Jennifer Lowder State Farm. Dayna explained their homeowners policy in detail. I was able to get a 1% deductible on my home at an affordable rate and replacement cost on my roof. She also was able to give me better coverage on my auto insurance at a much better price! Dayna was so helpful, patient, and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend Dayna and this office to anyone shopping and looking for great insurance rates!

I had Jennifer Lowder as my insurance provider for about 10 years or more and for the majority of that time i had no issues because not much changed other than getting switching vehicles twice. After this 3rd vehicle purchase along with combining my girlfriends state farm policy from another city in Oklahoma, i have cancelled my coverage. After 5 calls to move her things over to my account (each call was because something was not done properly) they still couldn't get the billing corrected on the life policy we moved to my account. After logging in a few weeks after buying my new car, i noticed the rate i was quoted was not what i was being charged. I was quoted around 120-130 for my new car insurance and i was being charged 224 a month plus the premium, so currently it was 360 for the first 3 months on one vehicle. I have now cancelled my insurance and am with Progressive. I am going to be paying 215 a month for both vehicles instead of 475 a month.
